Here you’ll find helpful information about the requirements and expectations of becoming a Neenah supplier, plus information for our valued existing suppliers.


Here’s how it works for potential Neenah suppliers working with our US-based locations:

We recognize that our suppliers play a critical role in our success, so we strive to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Please download and complete the appropriate Supplier Registration form below and return it (along with all requested documents) to the Neenah buyer with whom you have been working. This form allows us to communicate our business policies and practices, and ensure we have the most accurate information pertaining to our suppliers’ business capabilities and contact information.

Note: Completing the registration form as a prospective supplier does not provide suppliers with a supplier number or guarantee contracting opportunities.


Here’s what you need to know when you become a Neenah supplier to our US-based locations:


Expectations - We expect our suppliers to meet certain standards of business conduct. Those key expectations are detailed in our Ethical Purchasing Policy, Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and our Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. Please review these documents, complete the acknowledgement form and return it to the Neenah Buyer with whom you have been working. Don’t hesitate to contact them if you have any questions regarding these policy statements.


Invoices - Send all invoices to our Accounts Payable department via postal service at the address below or our preferred method; email at accounts.payable@neenah.com.

Remittance of payments - Neenah Inc. offers payments via ACH or check. ACH is offered through Bank of America via their Paymode program. For more information, please call 1-800-331-0974 Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, or email them any time at enrollment@paymode-x.com.


Sales Tax - Exemption forms or direct pay permits are available upon request. Contact our Accounts Payable group at accounts.payable@neenah.com to request the applicable form.


Credit Information - It is Neenah Inc.’s policy not to furnish other company names as credit references. Neenah Inc. is a public corporation that manufactures Fine Papers and Specialty Technical Papers.
